Teichert Construction Corporation
On February 10, 2012, Teichert Construction reported the theft of a 2004, Lime Green in color Airman Generator (Tow) SGD25S. The Airman Generator was taken from the Teichert Yard located at 4533 East Citron Avenue, Fresno, CA., at approximately 4:15 AM. Unknown suspects entered the yard by cutting the gate lock and entering the yard and stealing the Airman Generator. The Airman Generator has a serial number of "1233A30350 and a OAN of "GAD3074" on the side of the unit.
The Theft has been reported to the Fresno County Sheriff's Department, who assigned it a case number of 12-2677 and is handling the case to its conclusion. The estimated value of the entire loss is approximately $14,000.00.

AGEE Construction Corporation
On January 23, 2012, Agee Construction reported the theft of a 2005, Tarnish Orange in color Case 570 MXT 4 in one FFL Loader Scraper, 2 1/2 miles north of Hamilton Road on Highway 33 in Stanislaus County. The tractor was last seen on January 20, 2012, at approximately 3:30 PM and was discovered missing on January 23, at 7:00 AM, the tractor was stolen by unknown suspects. The Case Loader has a serial number of "JJG0302432." The Tractor has a "United Rental" logo on it and a red EIN sticker number of "TE4H67" on the right front side above the tire.
The Theft has been reported to the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department, who assigned it a case number of S12-2437 and is handling the case to its conclusion. The estimated value of the entire loss is approximately $45,824.71.

AGEE Construction Corporation
On October 17-18, 2011, Agee Construction reported the theft of a 1993, Yellow in color Case 480 FFL Loader Scraper, 2 1/2 miles north of Hamilton Road on Highway 33 in Stainslaus County. The theft occurred at approximately 3:30 PM to 7 AM. The Case Loader has a serial number of "JJG0006327" and a large "A" on the roof of the cab and a red EIN sticker number of "UP5L35" on the right side above the tire.
The theft has been reported to the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department, who is handling the case to its conclusion. The estimated value of the entire loss i approximately $12,000.00.

AGEE Construction
During the Labor Day Week-End of Friday September 2 through Monday morning September 5, 2011, Agee Construction reported a Job-Site theft at Gaffery Road and Highway 33 near the City of Patterson, CA. At this location, unknown persons entered the job-site of Agee Construction, moved a Gradall Forklift which was in front of a Seatrain Container and used a torch to cut the security box and locks off the seatrain container. Items taken were a Kent 30 Lb Rock Drill red in color valued at $1,000.00, Wacker Diesel Rammer model D570 green in color valued at $4,000.00, MQ Diesel Rammer MT76, Green in color valued at $4,000.00, Wacker 3 inch Trash Pump yellow in color valued at $2,000.00 and a damaged Seatrain valued at approximately $1,000.00. All items stolen were marked with a CICPP number of "CA0103284A.
The Theft has been reported to the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department and assigned a case number of 51161251. Deputy Ferguson of the Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department is handling the case to its conclusion. The estimated value of the entire loss is approximately $12,000.00.

Integrity Building, Inc. dba G. J. Gardner Homes
On November 3, 2011, Integrity Building, Inc. dba G. J. Gardner Homes, reports the theft of copper wire from a building job site located at 21850 Whispering Willow Road, in Fresno County. The unknown thieves entered the property and stole copper wire which had already been placed in the walls of the building. The value of the theft is estimated at $15,000.00, which has been reported to the Fresno County Sheriff's Department and assigned a case number of 11-20451. CICPP is also aggressively pursuing this theft parallel to the Fresno County Sheriff's Department's Investigation. CICPP is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information resulting in the arrest, restitution or recovery of theft or vandalism on this construction theft. All callers may remain anonymous.

ALERT-O-LITE Theft Alert
On October 10, 2011, Alert-O-Lite reported the theft of a 2004, Wanco Model "WVT3-S" Changeable Message Sign orange in color, bearing a serial number of "5F125121841002852." Secondly, an Owner applied number of "CA0102481A" is on the frame area. Additional points of identification are Alert-O-Lite company decals, reflective orange cone decals and Owner applied number of "CA0102481A" stamped on the boxes. The theft occurred at approximately 1:00 AM, on September 30, 2011, near Avenue 9 and Road 35 in Madera County.
The Theft has been reported to the Madera California Highway Patrol, and assigned a case number of S-102-450-11. Madera CHP is handling the case to its conclusion. The estimated value of the entire loss is approximately $13,400.00.

Theft Alert Cancellation
The Construction Industry Crime Prevention Program of Central California is glad to announce A-Plus Concrete Construction, Theft Alert #APC031711, is being cancelled. At approximately 3:15 AM, Saturday (3/19/2011), Deputies R. Cerda, L. Espinoza and J. Robinson observed the reported stolen truck in the Old Fig Garden Area near Palm and Shaw Avenue, in the City of Fresno. As the deputies attempted to make an enforcement stop, the truck fled eastbound on Shaw at a high rate of speed. After a lengthy pursuit, on many surface street of Fresno, the suspect returned to the area of Palm and Shaw and the pursuit was terminated near Fig Garden Shopping Center.
The suspect fled on foot and Deputy Cerda pursued the suspect ending when the Fresno Police Department Helicopter directed Deputy Cerda by means of the high powered gyro stabilized binoculars and FLIR (infrared) system where the suspect was hiding in a backyard. Deputy Cerda, ordered the suspect out or he would release his K-9 in after him. The suspect immediately surrendered and was taken into custody without further incident.
CICPP Member Tom Villasana, owner of A-Plus Concrete Construction is still missing approximately $3,500.00, worth of outstanding property. Tom was grateful to have his $50,000.00 truck returned to him with only minor damage. CICPP Executive Director David Arebalos, is working closely with FSO Detective Kelly Mayfield in attempt to locate the stolen property from the arrested Parolee.
A-Plus Concrete Construction Theft Alert
On March 17, 2011, A-Plus Concrete Construction reported the theft of a 2008, Gray in color Ford, F350 Dually Truck from 5761 East Christine Avenue, Fresno, CA. 93727. The theft occurred at approximately 5:30 AM, the truck was parked in front of the residence being warmed as the owner went inside his residence to retrieve an item when he heard his truck pulling out of his driveway being driven by an unknown thieve. The trucks License plates number is "8K95153." The truck has the logo of A-Plus Concrete Construction on both doors. The truck is loaded with miscellaneous tools, Pressure Washer and a black Weather Guard is attached to the factory bed.
The Theft has been reported to the Fresno Police Department, assigned a case number of 11-19449. The Fresno Police Department is handling the case to its conclusion. The estimated value of the entire loss is approximately $50,000.00.
